Very low idle and very rough idle. He diagnosed the problem as a bad coil and replaced it. Last week my v8 47l with 130k started running rough when just idling.

At times the rpms will fall to 0 and the engine dies. 10-15 min the engine idles rough and will hesitate and run rough if driving. Also check for vacuum leaks within the air intake hose and intake components.
