The back left tail light is not working.

The tail light and brake light same bulb are an LED bulb but that shouldnt make a difference seeing how as they have worked just fine previous to a few days ago. It is not the trailer as verified it worked with another toyota. If they dont work then as Toxarch says your trailer has a bad ground.

Use a circuit tester like 40376 if needed to test the wires going into the converter box from the truck.
